THE SEA Tower – Ready for Handover

SEA Tower is one of the luxurious towers at Grand Marina Saigon, boasting a prime view overlooking the Saigon River and the city center. With interior finishes and amenities completed to the highest standards, residents will soon be able to move in and enjoy a Marriott & JW Marriott-branded living experience.

As the only tower featuring a dual collection of Marriott and JW Marriott branded residences, SEA Tower has entered its final inspection phase. The handover process, managed by JW Marriott, is being meticulously prepared—gearing up for operational readiness and to warmly welcome its future residents.

COVE & LAGOON Towers – 98% Completion Progress

The COVE and LAGOON Towers continue to demonstrate exceptional construction progress, with exterior finishing now reaching 98%. Final finishing works are being carried out to ensure timely handover to customers.

Progress update:

• Glass façade system – Nearly fully completed
• Surrounding landscape structures – Undergoing synchronized completion
• On-site amenities – Ready for operation

At this pace, the COVE & LAGOON Towers are on track for on-time handover, offering a world-class branded living experience in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City.

The construction of landscaping, parks, and sidewalks at the base of all three towers has also made significant progress. The paving work is 97% complete, ensuring neat and well-finished walkways and public areas. Meanwhile, the greenery installation has reached 90%, aiming to create a fresh and nature-connected living environment for residents.

Ba Son Metro Station – located within the Grand Marina Saigon complex – has completed all construction works and is ready for the commercial operation of Metro Line No. 1 (Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien), scheduled to begin on December 22, 2024.

Marina Central Tower – the 55-story commercial building featuring Grade A offices and a high-end shopping mall – has completed 99% of its exterior façade. The architectural works are finished, while interior completion has surpassed 85%, with ceiling and raised floor installations underway across multiple floors.
